QR for an event schedule

Connect a ticket, wristband or sign to your event schedule, map or visitor information.

Dynamic link

Choose your starting point

Use an event page you can keep current. Changing a printed QR’s destination requires Dynamic.

Sign in, add your link or file, then review the options before creating your QR.

Advanced examples need their own setup. Check optional routing, integrations and team features in your account before planning a rollout.

How it works

Publish the schedule in your event tool, add its public link and test the QR. Update that page as plans change. With Dynamic, you can replace the destination with a backup page you have prepared. Health checks require separate configuration and account availability; this starting point does not enable alerts or automatic failover.

What you get

  • Visitors open the schedule or map from event materials.
  • With Dynamic, one destination change applies to every copy of that QR.
